Nichole MacDowell
Owner
Nichole MacDowell has spent her entire career in the media and public relations arenas, having worked as a public relations representative for corporations, small businesses, individuals, municipalities and the DOE, as well as a reporter and editor for print media.
Her varied PR experience allows her to create comprehensive strategic plans for her clients and to identify the pieces of the puzzle that are needed to create the full picture.
Nichole creates content development strategies that result in a consistent and prominent online presence. She specializes in media outreach and key message training, having coached a variety of professionals to be exceptional ambassadors for their brands. Nichole has in-depth knowledge of local, national and online media, and understands what reporters are looking for when covering a story.
Nichole is also a certified yoga and meditation instructor who loves a book she can get lost in, a great cup of tea, crossing countries off her travel bucket list, and spending time with her family.
Laura Shell
Digital Media Manager
Laura is our Digital Media Manager, and she takes care of clients' websites, streamlines social media posting, and is in charge of everything digital. She is ever reliable, and always there with a solution to our clients' online challenges.
Not only is she a pro at digital management, but Laura also has a robust graphic design background. She used her eye for design and her command of design programs to create collateral pieces and branded looks for our clients.
After training and working as a fashion designer in NYC, Laura worked as a graphic designer before adding digital media to her resume. When she's not working, Laura can be found Creating art, designing clothes, or enjoying the great outdoors with her three labs and her fiancé.
